We do our best to display our artworks as realistically as possible.
However, screen colors may vary!

• Product details or availability may be adjusted at any time
  
• We reserve the right to limit or remove products from our range
  

3. Orders

• By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase
  
• We will confirm your order by email
  
• Cancellations are only possible to a limited extent after payment processing
  
• Your purchase is for private use – no resale!
  

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in EUR (plus shipping, possibly taxes)
  
• Promotions & discounts are only valid during the promotional period
  
• You undertake to provide correct payment details & keep them up to date
  

5. Shipping

✅ Shipping within Austria:

• Formats up to 100x150cm: €20 flat rate shipping
  
• Formats from 100x150cm: €100 freight shipping
  

🇪🇺 EU Shipping: 7–10 business days delivery time (costs depend on country/size)

Note: Every package is shipped insured and with a tracking number. 

6. Returns & Withdrawal

🗓️ 30-day return policy: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

🔄 Return conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
  
• Proof of purchase or receipt required
  
• Return shipping is at your own expense & insured

🚨 Damaged items or incorrect delivery: Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If something is not right or is damaged, please contact us immediately – we will take care of it 💪

• Care products, food or perishable goods ❌
  
• Hazardous goods (e.g. flammable liquids) ❌
  
• No returns on sale items & vouchers ❌
  

🔁 Exchanges:
The quickest way is to return the item and purchase your desired item anew 🛍️

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal:
You also have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason (for shipping to the EU). Conditions as above: unworn, original packaging & with receipt.

💸 Refund:
Once your return has been inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note: It may take a few days for the refund to appear. For delays >15 business days, please contact us: shop@dreizehnart.at
